  • 50-minute private training session at Fit City San Diego
    • The session may include a wide variety of equipment and exercises, including Total Gym GTS, TRX, SandBells, Bulgarian Bag, dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, and heavy ropes. 
  • Free private assessment consultation
    • At this time we will discuss your health history, including past injuries, current health conditions and medications (if any), and any other important information that may impact your training program. We will also discuss personal fitness goals, and then suggest a program that will suit your goals and availability.
  • Personal Training for 2
    • Do you have a friend, spouse, relative, or co-worker who has similar fitness goals? Personal Training for 2 is a private 50-minute session for two, with the same individual attention you receive in a 1-on-1 session. So, grab a workout partner, save some money, and achieve your goals together!
  • Injury Rehabilitation: Bring instructions from your doctor or physical therapist
    • If you are recovering from surgery or an injury, and you are receiving doctor prescribed physical therapy, we encourage you to bring your records and rehabilitation instructions to each session. We will incorporate your rehabilitation into the workout, which will greatly enhance the long-term effects of your personal training sessions.
