Pedal and Pump

After a brief warmup using SandBells, the workout moves quickly between the Total Gym, Schwinn Cycles, and floor intervals. The Total Gym exercises target every major muscle group, giving you a full-body strength workout every time. The cardio bike segments (there may be one or two), include variable pacing, from low RPMs and high resistance, to high RPMs and lower resistance, in and out of the saddle. For a metabolic jolt, we also include one or more Tabata floor intervals, using SlamBalls and bodyweight exercises. These segments deliver maximum heart rate and calorie burn, including 8 high intensity sets of 20 seconds each, with a 10 second rest in between. The movements are designed to improve your functional strength and explosive power, two areas that are often ignored in group workouts. We finish the workout with an intense core session using SandBells and SlamBalls in a series of planks, crunches, and rollouts. After a stretching cool down, you are on your way, leaner and tighter than when you arrived!

Power Pedal

This 50-minute, high intensity cycling class takes you on a series of intervals with a high-energy sound track pushing you to the finish line. You can expect a variety of rides, including fast flats, seated hill climbs, and out-of-the saddle sprints. In between the intense segments you'll learn the art of active recovery as you control your breathing and prepare for the next push. This class is maximum calorie burn and maximum fun!

GTS Power Pump

We are all about strength and muscular endurance in this 50-minute workout on the Total Gym GTS . You'll work every muscle group with a wide range of pushing and pulling movements. As with all Total Gym workouts, you are always in control of the resistance, so if you're in search of maximum burn, just raise that glide board!

TRX Rip Blast

This 50-minute workout takes you through a total body circuit using the TRX Suspension Trainer and TRX Rip Trainer. We begin with the suspension trainer, targeting legs, back, shoulders, chest, and arms.  Finally, we finish with asymmetrical training on the RIP Trainer. Here, the focus is on rotational strength, core engagement and explosive power. 

TRX Core Burn

Like the TRX Rip Blast, this is a full body workout on the TRX Suspension Trainer. You'll complete multiple sets targeting each muscle group. In between sets, we include an intense core exercise. Forget about sit ups and leg raises. These movements engage your entire core, including abdominals, glutes, hip flexors, back extensors, obliques, and spinal stabilizers. A strong core not only trims your waistline, it protects your back, and makes you more efficient at all your active pursuits.

Kickboxing Intervals

Get your gloves on and put a charge into your exercise routine with this 50-minute, high-intensity interval workout. After a short warmup with a variety of floor exercises, the clock starts round one on the first of six boxing stations. Each round includes 2 boxing segments and 2 floor exercises, for a total of 3:00 minutes. After a 30-second rest, it's on to round two and a different combination of punches, kicks, and exercises. Each station has 2 rounds, for a total of 12 rounds in the workout. After completing 12 rounds, it's time for the final burnout - a four minute freestyle boxing interval where speed is the priority. After the final bell, peel off your gloves and wraps, and bask in the glow of a workout that burns from 600 to 1200 calories. You will be amazed at how lean and toned you feel after just one class!

INSANITY® LIVE is a challenging, group-focused cardio conditioning and total body strength workout designed for people of all fitness levels. The moves are easy to follow - but the workout will challenge you, change you, and get you in the best shape of your life. So, as you're giving it your all, just when you feel like your body is about to max out on certain movements, you're saved by the bell and it's time for the next block of moves. Remember, challenge does not mean struggle. Moves can always be modified to keep you working just above your limit, but not beyond your capabilities.
