Kiara Starks instructs the following:
  • Fit City Boot Camp
  • 50-minute workout includes a combination of cycling and strength intervals. We incorporate timed Tabata intervals using Slamballs, Sandbells, Surge Trainers, TRX Suspension Straps, TRX Rip Trainers, and a variety of bodyweight floor exercises.

  • GTS/TRX Power Pump
  • Full body strength workout combining the GTS Total Gym and TRX Suspension Straps.

  • Kickboxing Intervals
  • Get your gloves on and put a charge into your exercise routine with this 50-minute, high-intensity interval workout. After a short warmup with a variety of floor exercises, the clock starts round one on the first of six boxing stations. Each round includes 2 boxing segments and 2 floor exercises, for a total of 3:00 minutes. After a 30-second rest, it's on to round two and a different combination of punches, kicks, and exercises. Each station has 2 rounds, for a total of 12 rounds in the workout. After completing 12 rounds, it's time for the final burnout - a four minute freestyle boxing interval where speed is the priority. After the final bell, peel off your gloves and wraps, and bask in the glow of a workout that burns from 600 to 1200 calories. You will be amazed at how lean and toned you feel after just one class!
