PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. This fast paced, low-impact, bodyweight workout leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
A 50-minute endurance ride with high-energy music to drive the cycling intervals. A mix of long steady climbs, fast flats, and steep fast climbs, seated and out of the saddle.
